• Booking will be confirmed once the token advance is paid. Minimum amount of token advance is 50% of the Total tariff.
• Cancellations of the booking will be obliged if confirmed prior to two weeks of the booking dates, once the cancellation is confirmed, token advance will be refunded with in two business days time.
• No refund of booking amount is made, if cancelled with in 7 days of the booking dates.
• 50% of refund of booking amount if cancelled 15 days prior.
• 25% refund of booking amount, if cancelled 8 to 14 days prior.
• For Cancellation of stay after arrival, no amount will be refunded. Full amount to be paid.
